Following the all-new Land Cruiser Prado 2024, Toyota today unveiled the updated classic Land Cruiser 70. There are not a lot of changes, but they are noticeable.
Noticeable – it is in terms of appearance. The SUV has received round headlights and redesigned lights. In the cabin there is a much more modern steering wheel (but it can be called multifunctional with a great stretch), as well as a new lever of automatic transmission.
Perhaps, the key innovation is a new turbodiesel motor 1GD-FTV. Its power output is 204 hp and torque is 500 N-m.
Rumors said that the updated Land Cruiser 70 will return to the home market, and it is true: the updated SUV will be sold in Japan.
